Do you allow returns? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any of our skincare products.
Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, all orders are final.
I entered the wrong address, how can I fix this? Please email us asap within 1 hour after making your purchase. We would try our best to correct it. However, Gladiolus Beauty Cosmetics does not take responsibility of addresses entered wrong.
I'm purchasing outside of the United States, when will I receive my order? Processing times are still the same for all orders. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, however customs departments does have a process and that's beyond Gladiolus Beauty Cosmetics. Also keep in mind, Gladiolus Beauty Cosmetics does not pay for anything to be released from customs.
What Happens if my order states delivered and I have not received it? Although this never happens with us, if this does happen please contact USPS (our preferred carrier). Once your product is shipped from Gladiolus Beauty Cosmetics and you receive an email confirmation. We are no longer in possession of your package. Gladiolus Beauty Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
What happens if my order is returned to sender? If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded for your order (minus shipping cost). Gladiolus Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping issues caused by USPS or UPS.
Can these products be used on sensitive skin? Yes, our products are made with individuals with sensitive skin in mind. If you have further concerns please consult with your doctor to see if our product will be good for you.
Help, My order was cancelled due to high fraud. Unfortunately, once our system detects your order as high fraud, your order will be cancelled and the funds will be released back to the card used to make the transaction.
Are your products natural? Yes, all products are made with natural and safe ingredients.
What temperature should I store my products since they are natural? We recommend storing your product at room temperature in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
I received my order but it doesn’t look like what I ordered? Due to our products being handcrafted, products may look slightly different in color/shapes but all ingredients remains the same.
When do you restock? We restock our entire site Monthly.

My order was refunded but I’m not sure why..
If you were refunded for your order it was either detected as a fraudulent transaction or your billing and shipping address did not match. Please make sure when placing orders on our site that you use the same address for billing and shipping.
Do you offer pick up options? Unfortunately, we do not offer pick up options at this time.
